Our Quality Management History

Nifco’s Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system has been the cornerstone of our quality management processes since 1997. TPM is applied across administration and sales as well as product design and manufacture. In 2004 we initiated the Multi-Unit programme (MU), and in 2008 launched Nifco New Production (NNP).
NNP integrated new approaches including the Toyota just-in-time system into our global management and manufacturing systems. The results have been spectacular, including our ReNifco zero waste thermoplastic molding process, and we continue to innovate for excellence as a key part of our business cycle.
